Carbon Credits Conference: Rewarding good practices, but how, when, and for whom?
July 11, 2023 (Via: ZOOM) 11:00 – 13:00 CET
CONTEXT
In recent months, there has been increased news coverage and debate surrounding carbon markets and the proposed removal certification currently under discussion in the EU.
The objective of this proposal is to expand the elimination of carbon and promote the use of innovative solutions to capture, recycle and store CO2 on the part of farmers, professional foresters, and industries.
The initiative has aroused great interest in various economic sectors, and this Conference aims to bring together decision-makers, technical experts, companies, and all stakeholders interested in learning about carbon markets, eligible practices, and the measurement and certification of carbon credits.
The involvement of all stakeholders is necessary to ensure the transparency that precisely promotes the european initiative.
