The project Green economy Circular in the Valley of the Árrago (EVCÁrrago) launches the Ideas competition for the Space Test Agroforestry, an initiative to promote rural entrepreneurship sustainable in this area of high natural value and social.

This call is aimed at people with an interest in develop proposals agroforestry innovativethat contribute to the resilience in the face of the fire, to the active management of the landscape and the generation of green jobs opportunities.

The Space Test Agroforestry project EVCÁrrago offers:

• 8️⃣ plots of land available for the implementation of the proposed pilot.
• Agroforestry systems based on crops such as arbutus, brown, olive, resinación and grasses.
• A selection process is open, it will allow people or groups selected to access a cession contract temporary the use of the land.
• Technical support custom throughout the development phase of the project.

This initiative is an opportunity to experience and validate models of production sustainable before its final implementation, contributing to the momentum of the generational change, economic diversification and adaptation to climate change in rural environments.
